REFRESH'D is for everyone, and we want refreshdfoods.com to be usable by everyone too — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, or other assistive technology.
What we're doing
We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), version 2.1, Level AA. Practically, that means work like: sufficient color contrast, keyboard-navigable menus and forms, focus states you can see, text alternatives for meaningful images, and respect for reduced-motion settings. Accessibility review is part of how we build new features, and we keep improving the parts of the site that came before that standard.
Where we are honest about it
The Site is an ongoing project. Some content — especially animated and highly visual sections — may not yet be fully accessible, and third-party tools we rely on (like checkout and payments) are controlled by their providers. We're working on it, continuously, and we prioritize fixes that block people from browsing or buying.
